Slashed mental health budgets are shattering and fracturing communities coast to coast. Taxpayer dollars are being diverted to correction. The result is needless suffering and heavy tax burden, with little hope of solving the mental health crisis in our country. But there is hope. Recently the Denver Post March 5th, 2009 reported in an article entitled: Global Economy Takes Toll on Mental Health Care. (AP) The World Health Organization warned that the financial global crisis will probably worsen the situation of mental health care.
